2. DATA WE COLLECT

For recruitment and migration document processing (Residence Permit, Code 95), we collect the following data:

  • Name, Surname;
  • Contact details (Phone, WhatsApp/Viber, Email);
  • Citizenship;
  • Qualification details (Driving license categories, experience);
  • Document validity dates (Passport, Driving license).

3. WHY WE DO IT (PURPOSE)

We use your data solely for:

  1. Evaluating your candidacy for the position of an international truck driver.
  2. Preparing documents for the Migration Department (MIGRIS) and Transport Safety Administration (LTSA).
  3. Contacting you to clarify details.

4. WHO WE SHARE DATA WITH

Your data may be shared with third parties only within the legal framework and as necessary for employment:

  • Potential employers (Transport companies in Lithuania) – to approve your candidacy.
  • State authorities (Migration Department, LTSA) – to obtain permits. We do not sell your data to advertising agencies.

5. YOUR RIGHTS

In accordance with GDPR regulations, you have the right to:

  • Request information about what data we store about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data ("Right to be forgotten") if you decide to discontinue cooperation. To do so, write to us at: glebas@truckdrivers.lt.

By filling out the form on glebas.lt, you explicitly consent to the processing of your data according to this policy.
