Step 1:
Open the browser on your smartphone and enter the address migracija.lt.
MIGRIS IDENTIFICATION: MANDATORY STEPS
Your task at this stage is only to confirm your identity via your mobile phone. This is a mandatory requirement for us to officially submit your application to the Migration Department.
The process requires precision. When completing the identification, strictly follow the steps below. Any mistake or unauthorized action (especially in Step 13) will block the processing of your case, and the procedure will have to be started from the beginning.
Step 2:
Select a language you understand. In the top left corner, tap "LT" and choose your language from the list.
Step 3:
Tap the menu button (three horizontal lines) in the top right corner. At the very bottom of the opened list, tap "Sign in".
Step 4:
Enter the login details (email and password) that we sent you. Tap the orange button "Sign in".
Step 5:
The system will require you to enter a temporary confirmation code. This code is sent to our system, so we will send it to you immediately. Enter the received code into the field and tap "Sign in" again.
Step 6:
The screen will display "Preparation for photos". Tap the orange button "Continue".
Step 7:
The system will ask you to take a photo of your passport. You will see a frame on the screen – position the main passport page with your photo and details exactly within it. Then tap the white button "Take photo" (or the camera icon).
Step 8:
Take a photo of the passport. Ensure the text and photo are sharp, not blurry, and without glare. If the photo is of good quality, tap the dark blue button "Submit". If the image is blurry, tap "Retake" and try again.
Step 9:
Facial capture begins. The screen will display the requirement "Take a photo of your face". Ensure the room is well-lit and there are no other people in the background. Tap the orange button "Continue".
Step 10:
Turn on the front (selfie) camera so you can see yourself. Tap the arrow on the screen and select the front camera (e.g., "Front Camera").
Step 11:
Look directly at the camera. Remove any hats and dark glasses. Take a photo of your face (tap the white button "Take photo"). If the image is sharp, tap the dark blue button "Submit". If not, tap "Retake".
Step 12:
Confirmation of portal rules. You must check the box next to the text "I have familiarised with migracija.lt conditions...". After checking the box, tap the dark blue button "Next". It is strictly forbidden to tap the adjacent button "Decline, log out of the account".
CRITICAL
Step 13 (Critical):
You have entered your personal account. You will see your name and surname on the screen. Your task is complete – your identity is confirmed.
ATTENTION Do not tap anything or fill out any data on this screen. Under no circumstances should you tap the "Delete account" button. If you do this, your entire residence permit process will be irreversibly cancelled. We will finalize and submit your application. Simply close the browser window.
Next step
After closing the browser, immediately contact us and write: "MIGRIS done". We will log into the system, check the status, and officially submit your documents.
